Terms for Submitting Proposals to The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group.

The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies wants to prevent any potential misunderstandings, and so we request you to read the following terms which highlight that we cannot and do not undertake any obligation with respect to any idea which you might submit to us, including any obligation to keep, read, return, keep confidential, use or pay you for using your idea. If you believe that your idea is valuable, we suggest that you obtain patent protection as patents provide the best means for fairly and adequately protecting the interests of all concerned.

By submitting your idea, you are agreeing that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following:

1. You are submitting a proposal to The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies (the "Proposal") that includes all pertinent information, materials, ideas and benefits that you desire The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies to consider. Any additional information and materials that we might request shall also be subject to these same conditions.
2. No confidential relationship is established by your submission of the Proposal, nor shall it be implied from The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies review or consideration of the Proposal. In no way shall the Proposal be considered to have been submitted to The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies "in confidence" or obligate The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies in any manner. The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies makes no commitment that the Proposal will be reviewed or that it will be kept confidential.
3. Your rights against The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies with respect to the Proposal shall only be limited to those rights afforded you under patent law.
4. The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies shall give the Proposal only such review and consideration as, in its sole judgment, The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies shall determine, and The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies is under no obligation to respond to you or provide reasons for its decisions. The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies shall be under no obligation to return or maintain any material submitted or to reveal its acts in connection with the Proposal. The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies is under no obligation to reveal any information regarding its activities in either the general or the specific field to which the Proposal pertains.
5. Responding to the Proposal shall in no way prejudice The Khalifa Juma Al Nabooda Group of Companies nor shall it be deemed an admission of the novelty or confidentiality of the Proposal.
