Silver hardware. Soft leather. Will get more soft with wear as the soft leather conforms to your feet. Made in Italy. Worn literally one time. Size 38.5, good for 8-8.5. Very sparkly star, no stones missing. I believe they are Swarovski crystals but not 100% positive. I would so keep these but I have to wear an insert nowadays lol
