Al Sahel Contracting Company currently has a staff strength of around 300 and a labour force of around 2,500. The company is highly system oriented and has a well-structured setup.

The company premises, located in Rashidiya Industrial Zone, comprise the Head Office Building and the setups of Carpentry Unit, Plant Engineering Unit, Post Tension Unit, Electromechanical & Maintenance Unit, Scaffolding & Formwork Unit and Central Store. These Units function as independent entities, capable of executing projects for the Company, as well as other clients in a highly professional manner.

HSE and Quality aspects are of paramount importance and to ensure the integrity of these functions, reporting channels are immediately directed to the Top Management.
