OTIS LLC

OTIS L.L.C. is a local affiliate of the US based OTIS Elevator Co. It started operations in the United Arab Emirates in 1975 and until 2002 was known as the United National Development Co.

OTIS LLC. is the sole agent for the OTIS Elevator and escalator industry in the U.A.E. and is proud to have been the first company to have installed an elevator, escalator and a moving walkway in the country. The Company operates in the seven Emirates and has offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Al Ain. Its offices are electronically connected for instant communication. OTIS L.L.C. currently employs around 300 technicians and staff.

A number of technicians are factory trained on the installation, service and repair of its equipment. Skills are regularly refreshed through local theoretical and practical training by OTIS experts. The Company was the recipient of the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award in 2003. The Company adheres to the strict worldwide Otis field safety and quality procedures and ensures through continuous training that all of its technicians and supervisors operate in accordance to the highest safety requirements and is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
